In this regard, THE RESPONSIBLE makes available this Privacy Notice, which can be consulted at any time through the Website with the domain www.sptworld.org.

By accessing THE RESPONSIBLE’s Website and using the platform integrated into the page, the interested party expressly accepts and consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this PRIVACY NOTICE. Therefore, if you, THE HOLDER, do not expressly and absolutely accept the terms and conditions of this notice, you must refrain from providing any type of personal data to THE RESPONSIBLE through any electronic, written, or other means.

Additionally, THE RESPONSIBLE complies with the duties of Security and Privacy, meaning that in the processing of personal data, THE RESPONSIBLE maintains administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. THE RESPONSIBLE will not adopt security measures less than those maintained for the handling of its information.

THE RESPONSIBLE is committed to ensuring compliance with the principles of Personal Data protection established by the Law and to take the necessary measures for its application. It also undertakes to demand compliance with these principles from individuals or entities to which the provided information may be referred or transferred. It is also informed that by accepting this PRIVACY NOTICE, THE HOLDER authorizes THE RESPONSIBLE to transfer their Personal Data to third parties, whether Mexican or foreign, without the need to obtain their consent again, when the transfer is within any of the following cases:

How can you access, rectify, or cancel your personal data, or object to its use?

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, for what purposes we use them, and the conditions of their use (Access). Similarly, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, THE HOLDER, either personally or through a duly accredited legal representative, may exercise the ARCO Rights granted by the LFPDPPP against THE RESPONSIBLE by submitting a written request to THE RESPONSIBLE at the address located at P.º de los Virreyes 45, Puerta de Hierro, C.P. 45116 Zapopan, Jal.

The free letter must be signed by the owner or their representative and must be submitted in printed and legible form so that THE RESPONSIBLE can authenticate the Holder who wishes to exercise their ARCO Rights.

The letter must explicitly specify the ARCO rights that the owner wishes to apply to their personal data. Once the letter is submitted, THE RESPONSIBLE will inform the Holder within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days counted from the date of receipt of the ARCO rights exercise request, the response to their request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition. If the request presented to THE RESPONSIBLE is appropriate and THE RESPONSIBLE receives the documentation from the Holder or their legal representative referred to in this section, the result of the resolution will take effect within 10 (ten) business days following the date on which the response is communicated.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?

The owner may request the update or limitation of the use or disclosure of their Personal Data at any time by sending an email to the address contact@sptworld.org, where they can specify which Personal Data they wish to update or wish to stop being processed by THE RESPONSIBLE. In case they inform their desire for the Personal Data provided to stop being used for the purposes described in this PRIVACY NOTICE. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure referred to in the chapter “Means to exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Opposition (ARCO).” However, the Holder may at any time revoke the authorization granted for the processing of their Personal Data according to the purposes indicated, through a request to the email address contact@sptworld.org. THE RESPONSIBLE states that it has the necessary and sufficient administrative, physical, and technical security measures for the protection of Personal Data; however, if deemed necessary, it may implement additional measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of the Personal Data provided by the Holder in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and its Regulation. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

THE RESPONSIBLE and the Holder express that this PRIVACY NOTICE will be governed by the applicable legal provisions in the Mexican Republic, specifically in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its respective Regulation, as well as the relevant and applicable regulations. In the event that the parties do not reconcile their interests related to the interpretation, execution derived from the obligational content of the PRIVACY NOTICE, or any controversy derived from it, the controversy is submitted to the competence and jurisdiction of the Federal Administrative Authorities or Federal Courts in the State of Jalisco, expressly waiving any jurisdiction other than that due to reasons for their present or future domiciles.
